Thembekile Khoza an admitted Attorney of the High Court. She has previously worked as a compliance officer at ABSA, then served her articles at Legal Aid South Africa wherein she was dealing with Criminal matters(at a district level) ,Civil Matters(Maintenance, Domestic Violence, Divorce and Eviction matters).she was then Admitted as an attorney in December 2017 then immediately joined TD Mashele Attorneys as an associates , then later became a partner at TD Mashele attorneys she was dealing with the following matters Pension Fund Law matters, Commercial Matters(vetting and drafting contracts, dealing with construction matters),Custody matter and preliminary inquiries at the children’s court, Estate Administration, Debt collection , defending foreclosures ,Personal liability, Medical Negligence, Divorce, Maintenance, Third party claims, drafting trust deeds and registration of trust .She holds an LLB (UNISA) Degree and a certificate in project management from the university of Witwatersrand.

Nokuthula Mukhari legal Secretary, she is currently studying her Bcom Financial Management degree doing her final year and has previous experience 12 years as Business intelligence analyst and has experience in reviewing documents and at the firm he deals with drafting invoices, liaising with ITC to remove clients from clients who were previously placed on debt review, drafting notices, submitting documents to the master of the high court, and receiving documents.
